
This bat speed workout is extremely effective and should be done 3x per week (no more, no less)
Always start your workout with the dynamic warm up series followed by the rest of the drills.
Remember to focus on quality swings with each drill. Don't just blow through the drills. Stay laser focused and take pride in every rep.
Below you'll see the order in which the drills should be performed. Follow this exactly as prescribed. We put this together this way for a reason.
Exercises should be performed in this order:
1. Dynamic Warmup Series
2. Fence Drill (10 swings)
3. Hands In Drill (10 swings)
4. Dynamite Drill (10 swings)
5. Whip Action (10 swings)
6. Heavy Bat, Light Bat (10 swings)
