REFUND POLICY

You have SIXTY (60) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the SIXTY (60) DAY time limit will not be processed.

Digital training programs can only be refunded if the user tries the program and doesn't see or results or is not happy with the results they received.

There is a 14-day assessment period for all digital programs. Since players develop at a different pace, to qualify for the 60 day money back guarantee the player must try the program for a period of 14 days before a claim is made that no results were seen.

Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

  1. Subscription Terms.
    1. We may offer you the ability to purchase subscriptions, such as the UBT Insider Club, on our website. Terms for that particular subscription will be disclosed to you at or prior to the time at which you purchase the subscription. By purchasing the subscription you are agreeing to those terms as well as the terms listed on this page.
  2. Free Trials and Promotional Periods.
    1. If a subscription begins with a free trial or promotional period, you will have the right to cancel the subscription prior to the end of the trial or period. For the UBT Insider Club, you have 14 days from the date of the original purchase to cancel your subscription without being charged the monthly subscription charge of $19.95. 
  3. Cancellation.
    1. You may manage your subscription by sending an SMS message to +1 (970) 287-1083. This serves as our online cancellation mechanism. You may also exercise this cancellation right by contacting us directly at support@ultimatebaseballtraining.com. We will send you one reminder email 7 days prior to the end of the free trial or promotional period to remind you that the trial or period is coming to an end. This will give you an opportunity and ample time to cancel before the commencement of the paid period. If you do not cancel, we will bill you at the end of the free trial or paid period. For the UBT Insider Club, you will be charged $19.95 at the end of your 14 day free trial, then $19.95 per month thereafter. Customers can expect to be billed on the same date of each month once their trial converts to paid. As with any ongoing subscription, there is no specific end date of the subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until you notify the company that you wish to cancel. After cancelling, you will continue to have access to your subscription through your billing period. 
  • FOR ULTIMATE BASEBALL TRAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY:

Monthly Subscriptions (UBT Insider Club): You have 14 Days from the date of the original purchase to cancel your subscription without being charged the monthly subscription charge of $19.95. Any refund request made for charges after the free 14 day trial period  will not be processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support email: support@ultimatebaseballtraining.com

Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your yearly subscription. Any refunds requests after 30 days will be prorated by the amount of time remaining under the original yearly subscription period. Example: If you purchase a yearly subscription in January of this year and you decide you want a refund 6 months from the purchase date, you’r prorated refund would be 50% of the purchase price.

  • Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
  • Shipping of the product from Ultimate Baseball Training to your door will not be refunded. Shipping of the product to the Ultimate Baseball Training Refund Department will not be compensated.
  • To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund.
  • Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued.
  • Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.

Terms of Subscription Renewal Monthly Ultimate Baseball Training Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page. Yearly Ultimate Baseball Training Subscribers will be notified via email prior to renewal with the option to renew at the original yearly price. If the subscriber does NOT notify the company that they wish to continue at the yearly price, the subscribers account will revert to the monthly price automatically. 

Personal Checks

  • All checks are held for 10 business days. Orders placed with a check will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped.
  • All returned check will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.
  • Counter checks will not be accepted.
  • Checks and money orders must be sent in US funds.
